Interlocking Mechanism Between Tool Boxes
One of the key features of the PACKOUT series is the slide lock system.
This is a system where tool boxes are connected by sliding one box on top of another.
To release the lock, you push the loop part shown above upward and slide it to release.

Dust and Water Resistance Rating: IP65
Think of this as protection against rain — it can handle rain but shouldn’t be over-relied upon.
Please be aware that you cannot expect more than this.
Like the DeWalt ToughSystem, this level of IP65 protection appears to be the standard for modular cases of this type.
Material: Polymer and Aluminum Frame
This also uses reinforced plastic polymer as the material.
Different brands have different variants in their polymer composition, but the differences aren’t particularly significant.

Drawback When Stacking
One drawback when stacking is that the width becomes uneven as shown above.
